Frequently Asked
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 12–18 months in advance for full and partial planning, and 6–12 months for day-of coordination. Popular dates fill quickly, so the sooner you reach out, the better.
Do you travel for weddings outside of Alabama?
My primary service area is central and north Alabama. That said, I may be willing to travel within the United States for the right couple — please reach out and we can discuss your specific situation. Travel fees apply and are quoted on a per-event basis.
What is your payment structure?
A 25% retainer is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance split into payments leading up to your wedding day. We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers.
Do you work with a preferred vendor list?
We have a curated network of trusted vendors we love working with, but we are always open to working with vendors you have already connected with. Our priority is your vision.
What if my guest count is over 150?
Weddings with 150 or more guests require an additional coordinator to ensure everything runs seamlessly. This is an add-on fee and will be discussed during your consultation once we know your estimated guest count.
